By submitting content, you authorize Eekee AI, Corp. to store and safeguard it on your behalf. We do not claim rights to use, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, or display your content outside of what is necessary to operate the Service.

To deliver our Services reliably and securely, Eekee AI, Corp. stores and processes user-submitted content—including conversational data, reflections, and personal insights ("Story Data")—on cloud infrastructure provided by Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Google Cloud offers industry-standard security protocols, including data encryption at rest and in transit. Eekee AI, Corp. leverages these technologies to help safeguard your Story Data and ensure high availability of the Service.
By using the Service, you consent to having your Story Data securely stored and processed on servers operated by Google Cloud, which may be located in data centers outside your country of residence. We do not share your Story Data with Google, and your content remains private and governed by our Privacy Policy.
We retain Story Data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, or as otherwise required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@eekee.ai.
Certain features of our Services are made available on a paid subscription basis. Bysubscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below:
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring cycle, based on your chosen plan. Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew under the existing terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term. Access to paid features will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle. For app store subscriptions, cancellation must be handled through the respective store.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing details. Payments are processed via third-party services such as Stripe, Apple, or Google. By completing transactions, you also accept those processors’ terms.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, with changes becoming effective at the start of your next billing cycle. You will be notified in advance, and continuing to use the Service will indicate your acceptance of the revised pricing.
Unless otherwise mandated by law, subscription payments are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted in limited situations at our discretion. In-app subscription refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform.
From time to time, we may offer trial access to subscription features. If not canceled before the trial ends, you will be billed for the full subscription. We may modify or discontinue trial offers without notice.
Promotions may be governed by separate terms, which will override these terms where a conflict exists.
